How often should I service my aircon?

It’s recommended to service your aircon every 3 months to ensure smooth operation, energy efficiency, and clean air quality. For heavy usage (daily), monthly servicing is ideal.

What is the difference between general servicing and chemical wash?

General Servicing: Cleaning the filters, front panel, and checking the system for performance.
Chemical Wash: Deep cleaning of the fan coil unit, evaporator coil, and drainage system using a chemical solution to remove built-up dirt and mould.

How do I know if my aircon needs servicing?

Common signs include:
Weak cooling or warm air
Water leaking from indoor unit
Strange noises or smell
Higher electricity bills
Blinking indicator lights

What are your service charges?

General Servicing: From $25 to 55$ per unit
Chemical Wash: From $80 to 350$ per unit
Maintenance Packages: From $150/year

Do you service all aircon brands?

Yes, we service all major brands, including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic, Fujitsu, LG, Samsung, Toshiba, and Midea.

Do you provide aircon installation services?

Yes, we install Split, Multi-Split, VRV/VRF, and Ducted Systems for both residential and commercial properties.

Do you offer warranty for your services?

Yes. Our installation and servicing works come with a warranty period, covering workmanship and selected parts (terms apply).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, PayNow, PayLah!, bank transfer, and invoice payments for corporate clients.
