Aircon Servicing Packages – Contract Service Obligations

• Inspection and cleaning of aircon air filters using water or detergent as needed.
• Inspection and cleaning of fancoil covers and louvres.
• Checking the overall condition and accessories of the unit.
• Cleaning the aircon evaporator fin to maintain optimal cooling efficiency.
• Cleaning the aircon drain pan (for wall-mounted units) and flushing the drainage pipes.
• Inspecting and dry-cleaning the aircon condenser unit where required.
• Checking the refrigerant gas pressure and compressor condition as needed.
• Responding to customer feedback or concerns raised during the contract period.
• Any additional recommendations (such as refrigerant top-up, chemical cleaning, pressure testing, or spare part replacement) will be quoted and billed separately.
• All work is carried out during business hours – 8am to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday.
• Standard contract pricing covers installations up to 3 metres in height; units above this height require a site visit, and pricing may vary based on location or building layout.
